Description of Work

Montagu Mansions consists of 6 blocks with a total of 159 residences of varying sizes. The buildings were suffering from a lack of mains water pressure as well as an ageing system of storage tanks and pipework. This problem was addressed by Phase 1 of the work.

The domestic hot water system and the heating of communal areas were also giving cause for concern, and this was addressed in Phase 2.
